Welcome. I’m Erin Barnes.

Within my 17 years experience in the health and wellness sector, I have witnessed the woman’s struggle to show up with vibrancy and joy, whilst striving to perfectly live all the labels and expectations……….and often feeling like they’ve fallen short. I also lived it at one stage.

Today, I blend my education and experience encompassing Positive Psychology, Nutrition, and Exercise Physiology to create a science and research based, sustainable approach to expanding women’s health and wellbeing.

The women I work with learn how to show up daily with increased energy, confidence, purpose, self-reliance, optimism, compassion and self-awareness. They become the stress-resistant, energetic, aspiring and emotionally content human they desire to be, with strong relationships and positive role-modelling for the little eyes watching every move.

Wellness underpins a vital, confident, joyous and fulfilled existence. The ability to harness wellness throughout different life stages and unique conditions is a gift each and every one of us is worthy of experiencing.

Crafting and sustaining wellness requires new education, an integrated and individualised focus, and support across the 6 NGW key elements:

  4. Relational
  5. Spiritual
  6. Financial
