This MICRO-MOMENT focuses on CALM. I call it, COTTON CUDDLES.
Cotton Cuddles came alive in our home after days of separation anxiety (spontaneous) with my 6yr old at school drop off. It has also expanded into Mother’s Cotton Cuddles whenever I am speaking or am feeling a little vulnerable. Here’s how it looks…….
Step 1 – Place 1 drop of an essential oil on the cotton wool ball
Step 2 – Place in child’s pocket or under Mother’s bra strap
Step 3 – When anxiety, vulnerability or fear arise, take the cotton cuddle and inhale. Within 4 seconds the aroma will hit the limbic brain and the body will release chemicals to calm and feel better.
