We Dangerously Ignore What We Don’t Believe To Be True Or Important

We dangerously ignore what we don’t believe to be true or important.

We unconsciously seek to see what we already know to support our beliefs, our emotions and our actions.

It keeps us safe.

Comfortable.

But it also keeps us repeating the same old.

No avenue to expand and experience something new.

“People are so victimised by their environment that they have no time to think or be themselves.

They become bundles of conditioned reflexes and nerves that are constantly triggered by people or circumstances into very predictable patterns and behaviours.

There is no creativity.”

- Deepak Chopra

Every belief is up for question.

Particularly those that drive us toward the thoughts, emotions and behaviours we don’t admire in self.

Take care and be well,
